This is for DSL/aDSL/T1/T3 Users only.
1. Start>Run
2. Type gpedit.msc
3. Go to: Computer Configuration>Administrative Templates>Network>QoS Packet Scheduler Limit Reservable Bandwidth
4. Click 'Enable' then input 0% on Bandwidth Limit and then click 'Apply'
Your connection is faster than ever!
Warning!
Do not use it when you are in an Internet Cafe
