What's a skull NPC, and what do you mean by " skulls will be having some value". Please be a little bit more descriptive. I might consider your suggestion as we need more innovative ideas for PVP.

Skull NPC .
You can buy in Skull NPC, using Skulls as your currency .
cuz' i Observe in other servers that i participated as their PoliceGM, Skulls are useless

And skulls are only obtainable in PVP Room or Freebies came from our Admin or GMs and they can use Skulls too as a Prize with their Events

Do you mean u can sell the skull of the player or trade it for something items ?  i think its a good idea but beware for abuser and need to be alert all GM for that topic |

If that's the case we must ask the higher staff to put the Resu killer alert. If 1 players tries to abuse it and kill a character 2-3 times the Server will broadcast his/her name for example Players 1 please stop killing player 2.
